Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or order over the Internet via the secure server.
Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.98 for a standard UK delivery. We use Royal Mail for this service and the estimated delivery times are 2 - 5 days. These are not guaranteed delivery times but guildelines only.
Please note that any online order over 2KG in weight will be subject to an additional postage cost and will be quoted on a per order basis.

If shipping outside of the UK, please note that AIRMAIL has an estimated delivery time of 3 - 10 days. Any customs duty or charges which may arise on the goods are up to the customer to pay.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us for information on Special Delivery or Courier delivery prices for your order.
The costs are displayed for you to see at the time of ordering and will be included on your order.

Delivery Schedule We dispatch your order as soon as possible after we receive it. We normally send your order within 3 working days of receipt. Delivery times are estimated only, first class mail usualy arrives within 1 - 3 days. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
International orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days but the delivery time depends on the destination country, but are estimated at 4 - 10 days. These are estimated delivery times only.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you if the products are still available.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for any item. Back orders will not incur any further shipping charges.
Tax Charges Orders made from the UK or the European Union will be charged VAT at the current 20% . All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

If you wish to return an item, then please return the unused item to us in good condition and we will make a full refund to your credit card. Please obtain proof of postage as unreceived itmes cannot be credited to your account.

Returns Policy We have a 14 days no-quibble returns policy for all online products. If for any reason you wish to return an order, then please return the goods, unused and in good condition to us at the address shown. We will then refund your credit card as appropriate. Please note we do not refund the costs for postage.
Please obtain a proof of posting for the goods as we cannot give a refund on goods which we have not received.
In the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit, then please inform us by email / fax or telephone and we will advise you of how to obtain any replacement goods required.

Remittance Terms Payment for orders must be made at the time of order. Payment is never taken from credit cards until the order is ready for dispatch. Payment is taken in British Pounds and will be coverted to your own currency by your credit card company if necessary.
